Full Job Description

Dan Wolf Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Automotive Office Administrator to join our growing dealership team! This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, dependable professional who brings a positive, friendly attitude and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The Office Admin will work full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

With a salary of $34,000.00-$52,00.00 with room to grow!

You Will:

Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices.
Prepare weekly check runs, ACH, and electronic payments.
Maintain vendor records and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Organize and maintain vehicle deal jackets and related documentation
Reconcile statements and assist with month-end close activities
Provide administrative support to office management as needed
Handle cash drawer responsibilities, including balancing funds collected
Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance across all assigned duties

You Have:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in an office or automotive dealership environment preferred
Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds is a strong plus
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident on the phone
Punctual, reliable, and a team-oriented professional
