Position: Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist
Location: Oak Brook, IL (in-person with some hybrid flexibility)
Hours: 12–15 sessions per week
Pay: $78–$95 per hour (1099 Independent Contractor)

About the Role:
We are seeking licensed therapists (Ph.D., PsyD, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our growing private practice. We are not considering an LPC for this position at this time. You must be fully licensed. This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time work or supplemental income. While telehealth is an option for some sessions, we are especially looking for therapists who can provide in-person sessions at our Oak Brook office.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual therapy sessions (in-person and possibility of some hybrid)
Treat individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, addiction, substance use, and more (based on your expertise and interest)
Maintain an independent clinical caseload of 12–15 clients per week

Requirements:

Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD)
Comfortable working independently
Warm, friendly, and clinically skilled
In-network with BC/BS PPO or open to applying (not required — we will guide you)
