Spa Manager – RESTOR Medical Spa and Wellness | South Denver Suburban Areas

Are you ready to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced medical spa environment?

RESTOR Medical Spa is a physician-led, women-owned company with three thriving locations. We're on a mission to Make Aging Optional—and we're looking for a Spa Manager who can keep operations smooth, clients happy, and the team thriving.

What You’ll Do:

Manage staff scheduling, support, and daily accountability
Monitor and maintain inventory within cost-of-goods standards
Track KPIs and implement improvements as needed
Drive guest retention with rebooking, membership growth, and product sales
Ensure top-tier client experience at every visit

Key Success Metrics:

70% Aesthetic Rebooking Rate
Year-over-Year Revenue Growth
Top Line Product Sales Growth
Inventory maintained within target COG percentages

You’re a Fit If You:

Have 2+ years of spa, salon, or retail management experience
Excel at follow-through, team coordination, and client satisfaction
Are proficient in GSuite and POS systems (Zenoti is a bonus)
Can work Saturdays and evenings as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

$60,000–$70,000 annual salary
