Arete is Hiring a Staffing Coordinator!

Are you looking to step outside of traditional corporate recruiting or the typical staffing agency model?

Join Arete, an exclusive Talent Partner to clients nationwide — where relationships and results come first.

As a Staffing Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring your clients have the right talent in the right positions at the right time. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment and hiring process — from identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and scheduling interviews to coordinating onboarding for new hires.

Beyond recruiting, the Staffing Coordinator will maintain employee records and track attendance and performance, by effectively managing these processes, the Staffing Coordinator helps the organization build a strong, reliable workforce that supports its goals and overall success. You’ll take full ownership of the hiring process — from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and managing talent post-hire. This role is hands-on and dynamic, giving you the opportunity to truly make an impact.

What You’ll Do

Source, attract, and engage top candidates through creative recruiting methods
Conduct phone interviews using reliable tools and techniques
Act as the Hiring Manager – from offer stage through onboarding
Manage and support onsite staff, including scheduling and performance check-ins
Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams
Maintain confidentiality and uphold Aretê’s mission and values
Take on miscellaneous projects that help drive recruiting excellence

What We’re Looking For

Self-motivated, high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicator with great phone and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and entrepreneurial-minded
Passion for people and problem-solving
2+ years of recruiting experience (any industry)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Able to pass a background and drug screen
Authorized to work in the U.S.
