In addition, the firm publishes two digital newsletters weekly, offers government sales training and publishes daily breaking government news on the firm’s Government Market News that has high traffic participation, nationally and internationally. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Generate research deliverables for projects such as –

· Competitor analysis; Market analysis; Other types of research analysis

· Opportunity pipeline research – upcoming planned opportunities that have not yet been announced

· Federal funding program reporting

· Legislative analysis and budget request information

· Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in using multiple open-source research tools, sources, and methodologies.

· Identify, quantify, and report on upcoming municipal, county, state, and federal funding planned initiatives

· Report findings in clear language and provide meaningful insights directing clients to actions

· Create well thought-through and organized research deliverables, demonstrating the ability to communicate data, information and analysis with the integration of complex details

· Contribute to and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

PREFERRED TRAITS AND EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Experience working directly with, or a good knowledge of, the SLED (State, Local and Education) market is required.

· Knowledge of the federal government will be considered a high value also.

· One to two (1-2) years of professional B2C, B2B or B2G research experience.

· Track record of high-quality briefings, reports, and presentations based on exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to independently navigate complex problems with resourcefulness, resiliency, and commitment to delivering meaningful solutions.

· Ability to manage time and tasks independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

· Comfort and agility in a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to respond quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
