Full Job Description

QuickPics Real Estate Photography hires photographers in the Waco, San Antonio, Austin, DFW, and Houston areas. We are currently expanding and seeking freelance photographers that can also photograph using a drone in the Austin area.

The position we have currently available has a flexible schedule that could work around your schedule. The position would require travel throughout the Austin area. Our hours of operation are from 9:00availableAM - 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday. This is our availability and does not mean you will work all day or even everyday. We work on photo shoot to photo shoot basis, pay is done per shoot, and depending on our client's order each shoot will pay between $35-$50 and take less than an hour. Shoots requiring travel of more than 20 miles will pay extra. We do pay a small fuel surcharge for every mile to offset gas prices. We cater to the needs of the realtors we work with. The person(s) we are looking for must have their own equipment. Below is a breakdown of what is required:

*Professional Camera preferably a Full Frame. (We can work with Standard Frame with the correct lens) w Solid Tripod
*Super Wide angle lens (minimum 17MM prefer 16MM Crop Sensor lenses need minimum of 10mm)
*Drone with capability of shooting in RAW format

In addition to the equipment you must be comfortable in taking photos with a low ISO (100-200), multiple appertures, must have a working knowledge of white balance, and the ability to understand dimensional photography. We do not require any previous professional dimensional photography experience. Photos must be taken in RAW format. Photographer will not edit their own photos, as we have an editing team to handle that aspect of the business. However, the photos will need to be uploaded to an FTP site for the editors to access. Each photo shoot will take approximately 1/2 - 1 hour to complete and we have a lead photographer that will provide full training on the shots required for each shoot.

Are you willing to travel in and around Austin up to 40 miles?
