Content Manager — Elevated Technologies (Austin, TX · full-time, in person)

Content Manager — Video & Social Media

I'm the founder of Scale Your Salary. We help mid-career professionals land remote jobs that increase their income by $100K+ within 90 days. That's the best part of this job: you're making content about something people are desperate for. Remote work, getting paid what you're worth, and walking away from a job that's capping your income, that's a pool of millions, and we have a steady stream of real client wins to build content around.

I'm looking for one person to own our content end to end. You'll find the ideas, build the roadmap, write the scripts, run the shoots, and make sure everything gets posted across every platform in my voice. I'll be on camera and I'll follow your direction. This is not a coordinator role scheduling posts someone else wrote, you own what we make and why it works.

What you'll own

Ideas. Live in what's working across social and bring a stocked bank of concepts every week. I should never wonder what to shoot.
Roadmap. A content calendar with a point of view — what we're saying this month, which series we're building, what each platform gets.
Scripts. You write, I deliver. Hooks that stop the scroll, in my voice.
Production. Camera, sound, lighting, direction. Studio days, plus shooting out in public around Austin with me.
Editing oversight. Hire and brief freelance editors, hold deadlines, QC the work. You direct it, you don't live in the timeline.
Distribution. Everything posted everywhere, cut natively per platform, on a schedule that doesn't slip.

What we're looking for

2+ years making short-form video content that performed; bring the numbers
Strong scriptwriting, especially hooks and retention
Comfortable shooting and directing on your own: camera, audio, lighting
High energy on set. Content is performance, and you set the temperature
Bold and creative; you'll pitch ideas that sound ridiculous, and I want to hear them
Genuinely interested in careers, money and remote work. You don't need to be an expert, but you have to care about the topic
Based in Austin. A real part of this job happens in public with a camera

First 90 days

Days 1–30: learn the voice, lock a weekly shoot rhythm, first content live within two weeks
Days 31–60: cadence running across all platforms, editors hired and briefed, one repeatable series
Days 61–90: output is predictable, views and watch time climbing, and you can say exactly what's working and why

Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
