Looking for your next big opportunity in healthcare sales?

GeneID is expanding and seeking experienced lab and medical sales professionals to help grow our genetic testing programs across physician practices.

With uncapped commission, strong market demand, and a turnkey solution providers want, this is a chance to build a highly profitable territory.

GeneID Advanced Molecular Diagnostics

GeneID is a CLIA- and CAP-accredited molecular diagnostics laboratory delivering advanced Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) testing that helps providers identify hereditary disease risk and personalize patient care.

We are expanding our national sales team and seeking high-performing healthcare sales professionals to introduce GeneID’s genetic testing solutions to physician practices.

Genetic testing is one of the fastest-growing sectors in medicine, and despite strong clinical guidelines, hereditary cancer and pharmacogenomic testing remain significantly underutilized. GeneID provides a turnkey testing program that allows practices to offer advanced genetic testing without adding workload for providers or staff.

This is a high-growth opportunity for motivated sales professionals looking to build a strong book of business in a rapidly expanding field.

What You’ll Do

Build and grow a territory by developing relationships with Primary Care, OB/GYN, and Urology providers
Introduce GeneID’s turnkey genetic testing program to physician practices
Deliver consultative sales presentations focused on improving patient outcomes and practice efficiency
Identify and develop new accounts while growing testing utilization within existing accounts
Coordinate onboarding and program implementation for new provider partners
Support and coach Genetic Testing Specialists (GTS) assigned to your accounts
Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of successful healthcare or laboratory sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Existing relationships with Primary Care, OB/GYN, or Urology providers preferred
Self-starter with strong territory management skills
Valid U.S. driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $75,000–$80,000
Total Target Compensation: $140,000–$240,000+ (uncapped commission)
