Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy assistant to support a growing businesses in the health and wellness space: a Functional Medicine practice and a Pilates studio.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys organization, creative projects, wellness, and helping small businesses operate smoothly. Ideal for someone skilled and wanting to pick up extra hours a week and supplement their income.

Position Details

Part-time: 1 day per week (approximately 4 hours)
Compensation: $20/hour
Flexible scheduling
Potential for additional hours as the businesses grow
Hybrid/remote work with in-person tasks as needed

Responsibilities Include:

Organizing and maintaining spreadsheets and Google Drive documents
Data entry and administrative support
Researching topics and compiling information into organized formats
Assisting with social media scheduling and posting
Basic photo editing for social media and websites
Basic video editing for social media content (no professional experience required)
Assisting with website updates and content organization
Creating and organizing documents, templates, and workflows
Supporting client communication and administrative tasks
Assisting with projects for both a Functional Medicine practice and a Pilates studio

Qualifications:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Comfortable using spreadsheets and organizing information
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
Basic photo and video editing skills
Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information
Excellent written communication and editing abilities
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and vendors
Interest in health, wellness, functional medicine, or fitness is a plus

You are someone who loves creating order from chaos, enjoys both administrative and creative tasks, and takes initiative. You have a strong eye for detail, enjoy learning new things, and are excited to support businesses focused on health, wellness, and movement.
