Since 1982, we have been dedicated to transforming residential properties into stunning outdoor spaces and relieving the stress of property care for Central Texas homeowners.

Position Overview

The Property Care Operations Manager leads, develops, and oversees teams of fully trained, properly equipped, high‑performing landscape maintenance professionals. This role ensures that every crew has the staffing, tools, materials, training, and information required to deliver safe, efficient, and consistently excellent service to residential clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for multiple landscape maintenance and enhancement crews, ensuring top‑tier safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Plan and manage crew routing, scheduling, and timekeeping; evaluate individual and team performance.
Establish, inspect, and uphold quality standards for all maintenance work; conduct regular site visits to identify improvements and opportunities.
Identify training needs, deliver hands‑on instruction, and support ongoing personnel development.
Partner with Account Managers to accurately scope and bid property care services.
Determine equipment requirements for each crew; develop service‑life expectations, acquisition and replacement plans, and vendor relationships,, and implement maintenance programs that maximize equipment reliability, efficiency, and longevity.

Requirements

Demonstrated success managing multi‑crew landscape maintenance operations.
Advanced knowledge of horticulture best practices, landscape equipment, and materials.
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Valid driver’s license with a clean or near‑clean record.
High ethical standards and a commitment to excellence in service and leadership.
