Bilingual Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner (In-Person)

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional bilingual Executive Assistant to work in-person, directly supporting our Managing Partner. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and excited to take on new challenges. While legal experience is a plus, we're primarily seeking someone who can help create structure, improve processes, manage workflows, coordinate travel, and serve as a reliable operational partner in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong writing skills, a systems-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently while keeping multiple projects and priorities organized — including on days when the schedule shifts without warning.

Responsibilities

Managing and organizing workflows in Clio and other systems
Drafting engagement agreements through DocuSign
Coordinating contractor and vendor payments
Organizing and coordinating travel arrangements
Documenting, improving, and systematizing internal processes
Providing executive and operational support in person, day to day
Managing administrative projects and helping keep operations running smoothly
Supporting workflow optimization and organizational initiatives

What We're Looking For

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Excellent attention to detail
Strong technology aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong writing and documentation skills
Comfort working under pressure and re-prioritizing a chaotic schedule on the fly
Experience supporting executives, operations, or administrative functions is highly preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Clio (mastery not required for candidates who are highly tech-savvy and quick learners)
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Zoom, and Google Workspace
