Key Objectives

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing critical data related to our health and fitness programs. Your work ensures that our systems run smoothly and that our teams have reliable information to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
Verify and cross-check information for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive health and wellness data.
Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
Generate regular reports and summaries as required by management.
Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical records.
Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency.
Support other administrative tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of the health, wellness, or fitness industry is advantageous but not required.
