Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our client, TikTok, in a long-term, full-time capacity.

Location:
221 W 6th St, Austin, TX 78701

Hourly Rate:
$28–$33 per hour

Start Date:
ASAP

Employment Type:
W-2, Full-Time (Long-Term)

Responsibilities:

1. your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional Tier 2 IT support to the internal users of the company，addressing their IT inquiries, requests, and incidents promptly through tickets

2. You're a problem solver. You delve into the root causes of issues, devising effective solutions that empower users to seamlessly navigate our system.

3. communication skills will be crucial as you liaise between our users and technology teams, ensuring clear alignment and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

- Computer Technology related degree

- 2-5 years IT support or desktop support experience, experience
- Working knowledge of Windows & MacOS, iOS & Android, networking and video conference technologies

-Candidates should be very familiar with corporate network. Network certifications like CCNA are a plus
- Excellent communication who can explain complicated IT problems to non-technical individual
- Excellent customer service skills with polite manners and able to handle pressure from frustrated users.
- Strong IT troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Great team player who can work in a collaborative culture
- Self-motivate, open-to-learn and be receptive to change and improvement
- Ability to manage and prioritise own tasks and helpdesk issues
