National Account Executive| Full-cycle B2B Inside Sales - $45K Base + Uncapped Commission

Austin, TX | On-site | Full-time | Next start date: September 8th, 2026

Top reps at Olly Olly earned $300k+ in 2025. Realistic Year 1: $80K to $120K. All reps run their own deals by month 2.

Whether you’re a recent grad with fire or a seasoned closer looking for uncapped upside, this is the floor where careers get built fast.

Compensation

$45,000 base salary, paid weekly
Uncapped commission paid monthly, up to 170% of revenue sold
Realistic Year 1 earnings: $80K to $120K
Top performers earned $300k+ in 2025
Base grows to $85K through performance milestones
Clear promotion path: ramp to full-cycle Account Executive to senior roles

What You’ll Be Doing

70 to 80 outbound cold calls per day
Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners
Set appointments for senior reps during your first weeks
Run your own full sales cycle (prospect to close) by month 2
Handle objections, create urgency, build pipeline daily
Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching
