Job Description

Howerton Eye Clinic is looking for a bilingual Front Office Supervisor to be responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day to day operation of the Front Office medical environment. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for the front office staff at 3 locations. The ideal Front Office Supervisor candidate is bilingual, responsible, organized, and timely.

Front Office Supervisor Responsibilities:

· Manage and supervise all front office staff and activities for 3 office locations

· Make sure all patients, and visitors are being assisted

· Make sure the front office staff keeps accurate records of all incoming patients and provides excellent customer care.

· Supervise patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, and cash posting

· Interview, hire, and trains a productive medical office team and conducts performance reviews

· Must demonstrate superior patient interaction and consideration while maintaining strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA

· Coordinate front office scheduling and ensures staffing is appropriate for day to day operations for 3 locations

· Plan and execute monthly staff meetings.

· Review current procedures to help reduce wait time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
