Physician Pay: $264,800 (at full panel).

Our compensation model is transparent, adaptable, and designed to align with your personal and financial goals. We offer multiple contract pathways ranging from stable monthly guarantees to high-upside revenue sharing.

Physician Autonomy and Clinical Care

If you are looking to get back to practicing in a patient centered manner and get away from a volume-driven, paperwork heavy practice that has an administrator-managed schedule, then Euphora Health is for you. You are not a provider; you are a physician with the time and agency to practice medicine as you were trained. We have removed the intermediary of traditional insurance to create a clinic focused on time, transparency, and clinical excellence.

Clinical Depth: Standard appointments are scheduled for 30 to 60 minutes, ensuring you can address complex medical needs and preventive health without rushing.
Small Panel Size: Total patient panels are capped at approximately 600 members—a fraction of the national average—to maintain high access care and true work-life balance.
Professional Agency: Reclaim your time and practice. Unlike traditional settings where your schedule is dictated by overhead, you have full control over your daily clinical flow and the way you manage your patient care plans.
Operational Simplicity: We do not participate in insurance billing, which removes the administrative burden of coding and third-party prior authorizations from your daily workflow.
Schedule Management: Enjoy true work-life balance by deciding how you use your time. You have the autonomy to block your schedule as needed—whether it’s to attend a child’s school event, extend a weekend into a three-day break, or prioritize your own doctor’s appointments.

With a typical patient panel of 600-700 patients with 10-12 office visits per day, patients receive the time and attention they deserve and doctors have an adequate amount of time to be excellent at their job. Physician Responsibilities

The Physician is expected to be able to provide care consistent with their licensure and/or certification.

The Physician diagnoses and treats both acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease and other chronic medical conditions. The Physician will also treat acute conditions such as minor injuries and other acute medical conditions such as infections or exacerbations of chronic diseases.

Orders and interprets diagnostic lab work, x-rays, EKG.

Prescribes medications and other modalities of treatment as needed to treat those conditions that are commonly seen in primary care.

Counsels patients on various disease conditions they may be treating to ensure that the patient is educated to their disease process, treatment, and expected outcomes.

Works as an integral part of a comprehensive and collaborative team in order to provide quality evidenced-based care to our patients.

Performs procedures including but not limited to: laceration repairs, I&Ds, biopsies, lesion destruction with liquid nitrogen and IUD insertions/removals (we can teach you if you don’t currently know how to perform these procedures).

Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

3+ years experience in a Primary Care environment

A valid and unencumbered license from the Texas State Medical Board

Valid DEA license

Passion for advocating for patients

Passion for changing the healthcare system

Flexibility and comfort with a young organization that is transitioning to structured growth

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience navigating the healthcare system (medical services, insurance, social services)

Energetic, self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills

Patient Load

On average, 10-12 office visits per day plus texts and phone calls with patients

New patient visits are scheduled for one hour and follow ups 15-30 minutes
