Position Overview:

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational, financial, and personnel management of assigned multifamily assets. You will act as the driving force behind property performance, ensuring high occupancy rates, resident satisfaction, and strict compliance with company directives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Performance: Drive Net Operating Income (NOI), oversee annual budgeting, monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and implement revenue-generating strategies and expense controls.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate on-site Community Managers. Foster a high-performance culture focused on leasing excellence and resident retention.
Strategic Operations: Conduct regular property visits to ensure physical curb appeal, maintenance standards, and safety compliances are met. Reviews property performance and evaluates marketing, pricing, rent and financial strategies to both understand and predict trends and develop appropriate plans.
Marketing & Leasing: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to maximize occupancy and drive leasing velocity.
Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee all operations to guarantee full compliance with fair housing laws, health regulations, and safety codes.

Qualifications:

Experience: 7+ years of progressive, multi-site leadership experience as a Regional Manager or Director of Operations.
Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in reviewing financial reports, analyzing variances, and budget preparation.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency in property management platforms such as RealPage/ OneSite and Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).
Leadership: Ability to make quick and concise strategic decisions. Problem solving skills include troubleshooting and identifying issues and solutions.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and ability to pass a thorough background check.
Travel: Ability to travel within the Austin area.
