Key Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Customer Support

Documentation & System Management

Record customer interactions accurately using CRM and call center software.
Update customer accounts and maintain detailed records.
Complete data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Follow company policies, security procedures, and compliance standards.

Team Success

Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to achieve team objectives.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development.
Share feedback and ideas that improve customer service and operational efficiency.
