Project Team Associate

Location: Austin, TX

About the Role

Join one of the fastest-growing property management companies in the nation. Our client, Northpoint Asset Management, is seeking a Project Team Associate to join its rapidly expanding team.

This is not a traditional entry-level role. This position is designed for recent graduates who want to accelerate their career by operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. The environment moves fast, expectations are high, and the learning curve is steep.

The Project Team serves as the execution arm of leadership—turning ideas into action across markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, embraces urgency, and shows up ready to contribute with a “put me in, coach” mindset.

What You’ll Do

The Project Team bridges executive vision and real-world execution. Responsibilities will vary based on business needs and may shift rapidly.

Support leasing efforts including prospecting, touring, negotiating, and closing to build foundational sales skills
Conduct property inspections and site visits with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
Travel on short notice (often within hours) to complete high-priority, mission-critical assignments
Relocate to new or emerging markets as needed to support company growth initiatives
Lead and execute short-term, high-impact projects from planning through completion
Coordinate with vendors, property owners, and internal teams to drive projects forward
Deliver clear, detailed reports with actionable recommendations following site visits or assignments
Represent company values and culture in all interactions with stakeholders
Quickly absorb feedback, adapt, and improve performance in real time

What We’re Looking For

Recent college graduate or early-career professional looking for accelerated growth
Highly adaptable and composed under pressure in fast-moving environments
Willing and excited to travel frequently with minimal notice
Open to relocation as business needs evolve
Competitive, driven, and motivated by results
Coachable with a strong desire to learn and improve quickly
High integrity and strong personal accountability
Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, no-politics culture

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any major) or equivalent practical experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (up to 50%)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take initiative and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Austin in office location

Preferred (Not Required)

Internship or experience in sales, real estate, property management, inspections, or logistics
