Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Summary

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure products and/or services consistently meet regulatory requirements, internal standards, and customer expectations. This role leads quality assurance activities, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures full compliance with applicable industry standards.

Key Responsibilities / Job Duties

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and internal policies
Lead internal and external audits, including certification and surveillance audits
Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics (KPIs)
Identify quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product/service quality
Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and customer complaints
Develop and deliver training on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
Oversee supplier quality management and conduct vendor evaluations
Maintain accurate documentation and records for compliance purposes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma methodologies)
Report quality performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior management

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in Quality Management or Quality Assurance
Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or industry-specific standards)
Experience with auditing processes and regulatory compliance requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
