With 90 days of paid, hands-on training, you'll learn from experienced professionals while earning a paycheck. After training, you'll transition into a 25% uncapped commission structure, where your consistency and effort determine your success. Motivated first-year representatives can realistically earn $100,000-$150,000, while top-performing veterans earn $500,000+ annually.

What You'll Do

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll be more than just a salesperson—you'll become your customers' trusted advisor and project manager from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include:

Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving your personal sales goals.
