Community Liaison – Austin, TX

Visiting Angels | Private-Pay Home Care

This role is focused on driving growth and expanding our presence in the Austin market.

Visiting Angels is seeking a Community Liaison who can build meaningful relationships, generate referrals, and confidently guide families through care decisions. This is a high-impact, field-based role where your ability to connect, influence, and follow through will directly contribute to both client outcomes and agency growth.

What You’ll Do

This is a field-based, high-impact role focused on both sales and client experience.

You will:

Build and grow referral partnerships across the Austin market (senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, hospitals, hospice, etc.)
Serve as the face of Visiting Angels in the community, networking, meeting partners, and generating consistent referral flow
Conduct in-home consultations and assessments with families
Develop personalized care plans based on client needs
Guide conversations with confidence, address concerns, and move toward a decision
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from intake to service
Manage your pipeline and consistently drive new business

Building a strong, active book of referral partners
Generating consistent, measurable referral volume
Converting consultations into clients
Establishing a strong presence within the Austin healthcare community
