Tax Senior | $85k to $95k | Hybrid | Austin
3+ Years Public Accounting Experience | CPA Studying Preferred

As a Tax Senior, you'll split your time between preparation and review, working across S Corps, partnerships and complex individual returns.

You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in advisory work and build relationships with clients rather than spending your career hidden behind a tax return.

The structure is deliberately flat, so you'll work directly with the Partners, receive regular feedback and have your ideas heard. If you're looking for a place where progression is based on ability instead of tenure, you'll fit in well here.

Busy season is realistic too. Expect around 50 to 55 hour weeks, with only the final 2 to 3 weeks typically reaching 60 hours. On top of that, there's a competitive annual bonus paid every January.
