What You’ll Learn:

How to maintain a sales pipeline
How to manage your customer accounts in an industry-leading CRM (customer relationship management)

Strategic door-knocking system, customer referrals, networking, and social media
How to create estimates and manage job costs
Best practices for job site safety
Foundational work habits to create and sustain long-term success in sales

What You'll Do

Work side-by-side with your trainer/Manager through the first month of training
Meet with homeowners, assess roofing needs, and present professional estimates
Generate sales through door-knocking, referrals, and company leads.
Build relationships and network based on honesty and reliability
Close deals and guide customers through the insurance or financing process
Represent our company with integrity and care in every interaction
Follow up on leads, referrals, and job sites with discipline and consistency
