Full Job Description

Graphic Designer/Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Web Designer to join our growing marketing and digital team. This hybrid role combines strong visual design skills with web UX expertise to create high-converting digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and digital advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Figma, understands modern user experience (UX) principles, and has experience designing engaging landing pages and digital marketing assets. Candidates with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development practices are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Web & UX Design

· Design and optimize responsive website layouts, landing pages, and digital user experiences

· Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows in Figma

· Collaborate with marketing and development teams to improve website performance and conversion rates

· Ensure consistent branding and seamless UX across desktop and mobile platforms

· Conduct UX/UI improvements based on analytics, user behavior, and campaign goals

Graphic & Digital Advertisement Design

· Design high-quality digital advertisements for Google, Meta, display, email, and social media campaigns

· Create marketing graphics, promotional assets, banners, and branded visuals

· Maintain visual consistency across all digital channels and campaigns

· Support ongoing marketing initiatives with creative concepts and production-ready assets

Front-End & Development Collaboration

· Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

· Prepare design systems and developer-ready files

· Assist with minor front-end updates and styling when needed

· Contribute ideas for website functionality and user engagement improvements

What You Will Bring:

Required Skills & Experience

· 3+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, or UX/UI design

· Advanced proficiency in Figma

· Front-End HTML/CSS development

· Strong portfolio showcasing:

Landing pages
Website UX/UI
Digital advertising creatives
Responsive web design

· Experience designing for conversion-focused marketing campaigns

· Strong understanding of user experience and web usability principles

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience collaborating with developers or implementing front-end updates
Familiarity with web development workflows and responsive frameworks
Experience in eCommerce, finance, luxury products, or precious metals industries is a plus
Understanding of SEO-friendly design and conversion optimization best practices
