Full Job Description

Job Summary

Our 23 yr. old company is looking for a Restoration Project Manager for our water, fire, mold and contents department. This is a great financial and long-term career opportunity for an individual who is well organized, driven, ambitious and willing to work hard! Applicant must have excellent communication skills, write estimates in Xactimate, symbility and has restoration industry experience, IICRC certifications preferred, dependable and self motivated. Individual will work for the General Manager at our Austin/ Hutto location to help run, manage and help facilitate the growth of that location. Responsibilities and Duties

Primary Responsibilities of the Project Manager are:

Manage mitigation production crews and projects to maximize customer service experience. Also, ensure that company, TPA and insurance companies protocols and standards are being carefully followed.
Coordinate job scheduling, supervise crews, ensure proper estimating and billing requirements
Ensure that equipment, vehicles, and employee safety standards are being followed.
Establish and maintain customer, adjuster and insurance company relationships.
Manage budgets, profitability and quality standards on all projects from start to finish.
Manager must be dependable, a team player, able to resolve problems quickly and must lead by example

Qualifications and Skills

Proficient in reading and writing estimates in Xactimate
1+ years managing experience in the water mitigation, fire, mold & contents restoration
OSHA 30 preferred
Manage TPA timeframes, notes and SLA's for the insurance carriers.
Manage crews, budgets, profitability, collections for the Austin office
Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
A leader that is self-motivated, responsible and accountable
Ability to recognize, manage and solve problems independently
Must have a valid drivers license and pass background check
