Studio Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Part-Time: 16–24 hours/week | Weekend availability required

The Tox Austin Southwest is hiring a Front Desk Client Concierge—the face, voice, and connective tissue of our studio. This role is for someone who thrives in conversation, loves people, and is energized by sales, follow-up, and momentum.

You are the first impression, the ongoing relationship, and the energy in the community.

This is a client-facing, sales-driven, high-communication role inside a luxury wellness and aesthetics studio. Confidence, polish, and follow-through are non-negotiable.

What You’ll Do

Client Communication & Sales

Communicate with 25+ clients per day via phone, text, and email
Confidently call clients and leads to book, rebook, and follow up
Educate clients on our body sculpting services, packages, and FAQs
Ask for the sale—bundles range from $500–$2,500
Sell retail products that support client goals
Track follow-ups, conversions, and next steps with consistency

Front Desk Experience

Greet every client warmly and professionally
Check clients in and out with ease and polish
Maintain a calm, organized, luxury front-of-house environment
Ensure the studio feels welcoming, elevated, and on-brand at all times

Operations & Reliability

Arrive 30 minutes before opening to complete opening tasks
Reliably show up early, prepared, and professional
Manage scheduling, cancellations, and waitlists efficiently
Coordinate closely with technicians and the General Manager

Community & Events

Represent The Tox at local fitness, wellness, and aesthetics events
Act as the front-facing brand presence in the Austin community
Confidently speak about The Tox experience in public settings

Schedule & Expectations

Part-time: 16–24 hours per week
Weekend availability required
Studio hours: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Must arrive 30 minutes before opening for prep and setup
Punctuality and reliability are critical to success in this role

Compensation & Growth

$17/hour base pay – Part-time schedule is between 16-24 hrs/week
Commission on Treatment bundles and Retail product sales
Commission checks if quota is achieved is between $500-1,000/mo
Team & individual performance-based bonuses when goals are achieved between $250-500/mo.
Opportunities for growth in hours and base pay based on performance and tenure in the position.
