Full Job Description

Lion Business Advisors (Bee Cave, TX) is hiring a Administrative Assistant to support our founder and help keep day-to-day administrative, marketing coordination, and office workflows running smoothly. You will primarily provide executive-level administrative support to the founder, and secondarily assist with office coordination and light reception coverage. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys variety, and can execute consistently with clear direction. Work style: Hybrid with the majority of time in-office (Bee Cave). Key Responsibilities Administrative support (primary)

Keep track of tasks, follow-ups, and priorities for the founder; maintain a reliable system of reminders and next steps.
Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and basic administrative needs.
Handle day-to-day requests and small projects that help free up founder time.
Communicate professionally with internal team members and external contacts.

Marketing coordination (execution, not content creation)

Organize and schedule approved content across channels.
Post approved blogs to the website and ensure basic formatting, links, and publishing details are correct.
Schedule social posts in advance using our systems; publish once approved.
Maintain a simple content calendar and status tracker

Office coordination + reception support (secondary)

Help ensure new listings and internal requests move forward on time using our established processes and checklists.
Coordinate ordering/assembly of marketing materials for new listings.
Support onboarding coordination for new advisors (checklists, scheduling, follow-ups).
Answer the main phone line, route calls/inquiries, and capture messages accurately.
Greet guests and support basic office hospitality.

Required Skills & Traits

Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Comfortable working with calendars, checklists, and task tracking tools.
Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person).
Tech-comfortable and able to learn tools quickly.
Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

Administrative assistant, executive assistant, office manager, or operations coordinator experience.
Experience coordinating marketing tasks (posting/scheduling) and basic website CMS work.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and social scheduling tools.

Location, Schedule & Compensation

Location: In office located in Bee Cave, TX
Hours: Full-time preferred; open to the right candidate if slightly flexible
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience (we’re a growing firm and budget-conscious)
Growth path: Potential to grow into a full-time Office Manager / Operations role
