Westbank Pools is a leader in designing and building luxury residential custom pools. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our growing team. If you have a background in pools, construction, and/or design and a passion for creating outdoor space this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Design Consultant with experience in Custom Outdoor Pool sales to drive new business and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a rainmaker who understands the swimming pool industry, has strong relationships with General Contractors (GCs), builders, and Home Owners, and can confidently guide clients from concept through design and project estimation.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Pool Studio or similar design tools, a solid understanding of pool construction and estimating, and a proven ability to close high-value projects.

What We’re Looking For:

3 to 5 years of experience in the pool industry and/or construction preferred
Mandatory experience with Structure Studios pool design software or strong CAD design skills is a plus.
Experience using Pool Studio or similar design software.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
must be comfortable being compensated under a 100% commission pay structure

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss custom pool designs and options.
Build and expand a local referral network, developing relationships with landscapers, builders, and related businesses, and identifying new sales prospects to grow referral-based opportunities.
Support marketing and sales initiatives, contributing local market insights to marketing strategy, assisting with the development of sales presentations and collateral materials, and participating in seminars, trade shows, telemarketing, and other promotional events.
Utilize tools to get accurate measurements and data to complete custom designs
Utilize Structure Studios or CAD software to create 3D pool designs.
Provide detailed proposals and guide clients through the sales process.
Maintain strong follow-up and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Amongst the highest percentage-based commission in the area with a generous bonus structure
Flexible, full-time schedule with occasional nights and weekends

Region of operation is all of Austin, TX and surrounding counties

Pay: $109,675.55 - $130,200.66 per year
