Kirker Davis LLP - Experienced Family Law Paralegal

Experience: 3+ years of family law paralegal experience required;
Compensation:
Starting hourly rates of $30 to $45 per hour if 3+ years of family law paralegal experience,
Overtime if desired, paid at time-and-a-half,
Annual merit-based bonuses,
Annual merit-based raises,
Location: Hybrid weekly schedule available (3 days onsite, 2 days remote);
Status: Full-time, 40+ Hours Weekly, Benefit Eligible, Overtime Eligible;

What we’re looking for

We’re hiring an experienced paralegal for our growing family law practice. You will have more than 3 years of experience dealing with complex family law litigation. Your experience will cover every aspect of family law litigation including witness preparation and all phases of discovery.

In short, we’re seeking a highly motivated individual to deliver excellent legal representation for our clients. The candidate with the greatest chance of succeeding will be professional, personable, highly organized, efficient, proactive, trustworthy, and resourceful.

What you’ll be doing

You will support our trial attorneys with the following:

Drsearch and presentation
Client Interviews, phone calls, and preparation for meetings
Communicating with clients, courts, experts, and vendors
Coordinating mediations, hearings, and other settings
Maintaining and organizing client files
Supporting and prepping attorneys in complex litigation cases
