Essential Duties

Answering phone calls.
selling packages and memberships
Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments.
Greeting members and guests upon arrival and offering them a beverage.
Re-engaging inactive members.
Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction and execute the assigned tasks promptly.
Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
Upholding the Organic Spa core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
Staying updated on retail products and promotions.
Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
Effectively inform guests of current offers and discounts
Plan, execute, and manage social media and being comfortable with posting across different platforms on social media
Any work related duties requested or assigned by management
Interact with audience on social media

Qualification and Experience

Hard Working
Must be able to sell and meet minimum goal per month
friendly and have service mindset, love to help others
Positive attitude and no drama
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Possess basic math and cash handling experience.
Must have strong writing skill and typing skill.
Have strong phone and computer skills.
Have previous customer service experience (preferred).
Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities.
Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, vendors, and the team.
Maintain client confidentiality
Experience with Booking software such as Booker is a plus but not required
Experience as Spa Agent, Hotel Agent or Salon Agent preferred but not required
