Weekend Sign Route Auditor

Position Overview: National Sign Plazas is seeking reliable, punctual, and independent individuals to join our team as Weekend Sign Route Auditors. This role involves driving weekend sign routes, ensuring sign placement is correct, conducting quality control audits, and communicating with sales offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Route Auditing: Drive assigned weekend routes, check sign placement, audit placers for quality control, and check in with sales offices.
Consistency: The position covers the same area each Saturday, allowing you to become familiar with the route, increase speed, and reduce time to complete audits.
Sign Placement: In addition to auditing, the role includes placing a small route, which provides extra pay on top of the guaranteed $150.00-$200.00 per weekend (depending on the district size).
Timeliness: Sign routes must be placed before 9:00 AM on Saturdays, with the first audit completed by 10:00 AM to check into the sales office by 10:05 AM.
Sign Replacement and Documentation: Replace missing signs and document their condition and placement after each route. Report completion to the sales office and notify them that signs are up.
Route Completion: Complete all route checks and sales office visits by 3:00 PM.
Emergency Coverage: In the event of an emergency (e.g., car breakdown, swept signs), the auditor will use an emergency placement map to cover the route and notify the sales office.
Sign Pickup: Sign removal is required on Sunday after 6:00 PM, offering additional compensation depending on the number of signs.

Skills and Qualifications:

Reliable and Punctual: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to sign placement and quality.
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with sales offices and supervisors.
Flexibility: Availability on weekends is required.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 40 lbs overhead and swing a 4 lb sledgehammer.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Insurance in your name.
Vehicle: Must have a Truck, SUV, Van, or station wagon to carry extra signs.
Ability to follow company guidelines and procedures.

Compensation:

Guaranteed weekly pay of $150.00-$200.00 per weekend (depending on district size).
Total compensation ranges from $200-$350 per week, based on duties and emergency placements.
