Outside of busy season, you'll work a 40 hour week. Busy season is around 50 hours for two months in the spring and another two months in the autumn, with every hour over 40 paid as overtime.

Need to leave early for a family commitment? School event? Appointment?

Most of the team have been with the firm for well over 10 years, and several have built their entire careers here. The client relationships are just as long standing, with most new business arriving through referrals rather than constant business development.

As a Tax Manager, you'll oversee review work across a portfolio of closely held businesses and high net worth individuals while building the sort of long term client relationships that make the role enjoyable.
