What You'll Do
As one of the primary faces of our credit union, you'll build relationships while helping members with their everyday financial needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and other financial transactions.
- Opening and servicing checking, savings, and other deposit accounts.
- Assisting members with debit cards, online banking, wire transfers, and other account services.
- Identifying member needs and recommending products and services that provide value.
- Delivering exceptional member service in both English and Spanish.
- Maintaining an accurate cash drawer and balancing daily transactions.
- Following all security procedures, regulations, and credit union policies.
- Working collaboratively with teammates while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
- Helping create a welcoming, professional experience for every member who visits or contacts the credit union.

Qualifications (Required):
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid math aptitude and cash-handling accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Preferred
- Previous experience working in a credit union or bank in a customer-facing role.
- Experience opening new accounts and servicing consumer deposit products.
- Previous Teller, Cashier, or Universal Banker experience.
- Experience identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that benefit members.
- Experience with financial institution software systems and Microsoft Office.
