Job Description:
As an Experience Coordinator at Bethesda, you will be the face of our spa, ensuring every client receives exceptional service and enjoys a transformative experience. Your primary objective will be to ensure that every individual who enters our spa feels valued, attended to, and leaves with a sense of rejuvenation and satisfaction. Your responsibilities encompass a range of crucial tasks aimed at creating an environment where clients can truly unwind and indulge in a transformative wellness experience such as:

Warmly greeting all guests and assisting them with check in/ inquiries
Know our products and services so you can answer client questions guide clients in selecting spa add ons
Managing phone calls, texts, and emails promptly
Efficiently scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar - must be comfortable asking every client to rebook and join as a member!
Handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism
Proactively reaching out and inviting previous clients to return
Supporting our therapists with laundry, room resets between clients, and being a leader in promoting a cohesive team environment
Upholding high standards of cleanliness
Flexibility to assist with additional tasks as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications:

Confident and comfortable interacting with clients.
A people person who genuinely cares about our clients as humans!
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, passion for wellness and Bethesda's mission!
Detail-oriented and organized is a must
Self-motivated, honest, and punctual
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong team player (All of our success depends on Bethesda's success!) with the ability to work independently when needed
