Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on various insurance products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your energetic approach will help clients navigate their insurance needs, whether it’s health, life, property, or casualty coverage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to grow our client base while ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Salary plus uncapped commission structure!

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote insurance products and services.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions such as health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance policies.
Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to insurance regulations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, ongoing support, and benefits administration assistance.
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently.
Educate clients on insurance regulation compliance, coverage options, and the benefits of various policies in clear, understandable language.
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless client communication and high-quality service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on insurance or financial products preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively while maintaining customer trust.
Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements across different types of coverage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued for diverse client interactions.
Knowledge of life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products is advantageous.
Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions in a fast-paced environment.
