About The Role
Your primary responsibility is helping create an exceptional experience for every patient who interacts with our clinic.
You'll be the person ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes while helping patients feel cared for, supported, and valued.
On any given day, you may be:
- Managing schedules and appointments
- Responding to emails and patient inquiries
- Keeping systems, records, and communication organized
- Following up with patients
- Supporting day-to-day clinic operations
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
- Helping identify ways to improve systems and processes
- Educating patients about services, programs, and products that may help them
- Looking out for patient success stories and content opportunities
- Capturing photos, videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments when appropriate
- Helping identify stories that would make great social media content
- Supporting occasional marketing and community initiatives
- Solving problems before they become problems
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety and likes being useful.
