Position Overview

We are seeking a student-focused, detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the primary on-site front desk and student accounts support representative. This role combines front-desk reception, payment processing, student account maintenance, and customer service in a fast-paced educational environment. Your work ensures students receive timely, accurate information regarding their accounts and that the front office remains welcoming, organized, and efficient. Hours for the position are Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Student Accounts & Payment Processing
Process online and in-person payments (e.g., card/ACH/payment plans) and issue receipts.
Reconcile daily digital payment logs, identify discrepancies, and prepare end-of-day summaries.
Monitor past-due balances, explain account activity clearly, and conduct outreach consistently with institutional policies.
Student Support & Customer Service
Provide clear, courteous assistance to students and families regarding billing, deadlines, holds, refunds, and payment plans.
Troubleshoot common questions, de-escalate concerns, and elevate complex issues when appropriate.
Support new student onboarding with account-related guidance.
Invoice and tracks agency billing
Maintain accurate student account records in CRM/SIS systems (training provided).
Collaborate with Financial Aid, Registrar, Admissions, and Education teams to resolve discrepancies impacting enrollment or clearance.
Uphold compliance with FERPA and payment-processing standards

Qualifications (Required)

Experience in customer service, cashiering, or account management.
Strong verbal and written communication; professional phone etiquette.
Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic data entry.
