We're now hiring an experienced Service Director to lead our growing service operation in the greater Baltimore, MD area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive leader, with imports-line experience, who understands how to build strong teams, improve performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a successful background managing high-volume service departments within an import dealership and is passionate about developing people while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Service Director Responsibilities:

Lead all service department operations, driving profitability, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and fixed operations performance.
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Monitor key performance metrics, manage departmental budgets, and implement strategies to improve CSI, productivity, profitability, and customer retention.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty procedures, and dealership policies while resolving escalated customer concerns and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of automotive Service Director or Fixed Operations leadership experience.
Import dealership experience is required. Experience with brands such as Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti, Subaru, Mazda, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or similar import franchises is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success improving CSI, technician retention, profitability, and operational performance.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Experience hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
Ability to analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for growth.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
