We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented culinary professional eager to showcase their skills. Crazy Days is in the business of taking the every-day question, "what's for dinner?" off of the Client's plate and making their crazy days a little less so. If you want to share your skills and need a change of pace from the restaurant or catering life, this job is for you! Duties

Develop customized menus that meet clients’ dietary preferences, nutritional needs, and taste profiles.
Prepare and cook high-quality meals with precision, ensuring presentation and flavor excellence.
Manage all aspects of food production, including ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and portioning to optimize cost efficiency.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and hygiene standards throughout all kitchen activities.
Create menu meals in a timely manner, while ensuring all components are prepared to the highest standard of quality.

Skills

Extensive experience in fine dining, catering, or restaurant management environments with strong culinary expertise.
Proven ability to work independantly
Perform tasks with a positive attitude and high level of respect for the Client's home.
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, and food service management tailored to individual client needs.
Ability to manage inventory control and cost management.
Excellent communication skills coupled with hospitality expertise to ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
