Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate outpatient orthopedic physical therapist to join Yannatos Physical Therapy as a Clinic Director.

At Yannatos Physical Therapy, our main focus is to help our patients achieve their functional goals and decrease pain levels while increasing their confidence and putting a smile on their face. Our company is committed to providing excellent physical therapy care and superior customer service in our daily operations while positively affecting the lives of our patients and their families. We are also committed to holding ourselves to a higher standard and value continuing education in Orthopedic Manual Therapy as well as training, educating and mentoring new grad Physical Therapists and DPT students.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to mentor, educate, and lead fellow Physical Therapists through their day to day clinic experience. The Clinic Director will need to embrace and promote a fun environment to maintain a positive experience for both clinicians and patients.

Responsibilities:

Review reports in our EMR to ensure clinic efficacy.
Follow up on billing complications to ensure proper reimbursement.
Engage with referring providers to maintain and develop relationships.
Provide updates and reports to Clinic Owners as needed.
Maintain proper inventories and supplies to keep the clinic running efficiently.
Work with HR to maintain and develop a well balanced staff.
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with orthopedic conditions, injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and clinical expertise.
Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic activities and patient education to facilitate recovery and prevent re-injury.
Monitor patient progress, reassess outcomes, and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and in-service training sessions to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards, including patient confidentiality, informed consent, and professional boundaries.Qualifications:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist.
Strong clinical skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare team members.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation software.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development through continuing education and certification is a plus.
Ability to work well with a team.
