Position Overview:

The Office Manager for the Operations Center is responsible for optimizing office operations. The Office Manager concentrates on daily administrative work to help employees in the building work efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Office Manager:

Serves as the office’s primary point of contact for employees and external visitors
Welcomes visitors and directs them to the appropriate person or area
Handles incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
Maintains a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
Oversees daily office operations, including supply management and vendor relations
Manages office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting order for supplies
Provides administrative assistance to departments, leadership, and staff, ensuring everyone has what they need to excel
Prepares and edits documents as needed
Develops and maintains effective record keeping for front desk systems
Ensures data integrity and confidentiality
Ensures employee shared spaces are clean and functioning properly
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
Administrative experience (required)
Proven track record of successful office management and/or administrative work (required)
Positive attitude and high degree of professionalism (required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and maintain flexible approach to changing priorities
Strong track record of reliability, punctuality, and consistent daily attendance
