Full Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing, communicative, organized, and proactive individual to join our local residential real estate team as a Listing Success Coordinator. This is an IN-OFFICE role based in Chatham, NJ.

As the main point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring their success throughout the listing process. This customer-facing position requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you are a self-starter with a passion for real estate and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the listing process
Serve as the liaison between the listing agent, clients, outside agents, and vendors, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure a smooth and seamless listing process
Coordinate important dates and listing materials, such as photos, copy, and floor plans
Manage showing and open house feedback, ensuring timely communication with sellers
Post listings in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and other relevant platforms
Maintain regular communication with outside agents to foster positive relationships, answer inquiries, and gather feedback between showings
Provide the highest quality of customer service to clients as they prepare their homes for the market and after the property goes live
Collaborate effectively with the team to streamline processes and achieve collective goals
Tend to administrative tasks on the backend of listings, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
Occasionally visit homes to gather necessary information
Create professional property brochures to showcase listings in a visually appealing and informative manner
Staff open houses and prepare marketing materials, keys, and signs for drop off
Send contracts for signature and send executed copies to appropriate parties

Requirements:

Possess or willing to obtain a real estate license prior to starting (if not already licensed)
Background in working directly with consumers is a MUST!
Excellent phone skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly responsive and dependable, with a strong sense of urgency
Organized with exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
Be savvy with technology
Willingness to work some weekends as required
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Commute to and from our Chatham office each day
