Full Job Description

TCS Mechanical LLC is a mechanical and plumbing contractor established in the greater Austin area and has been in business since May of 2017. TCS is now throughout the country with a focus on technical mechanical and plumbing projects for clients such as Samsung Semiconductor and the University of Texas. We are looking for Accounting Admin to support the payroll, accounts payable and other accounting areas.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Assist with Time/Payroll entry and processing

· Maintain Employee Files – Scan New Hires to digital files; File hard copies for New Hires and pull terminations

· Assist with New Hire processing – Key/confirm entries in accounting software and other systems

· Assist with credit card/purchasing data entry – Download/post purchases using accounting software and other programs

· Assist with Accounts Payable invoice entry as needed in software

· Assist with Payroll reporting as needed, including employment verifications, Certified Payroll, etc

· Process monthly reimbursement forms - log, review and print for approval; Assist with posting to payroll

· Monitor incoming mail, scan & distribute within the accounting department as necessary

· Assist with check run processing and other outgoing mail

· Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

Maintain highly confidential financial and employee information

Strong written and oral communication skills

Outstanding organizational skills

Excellent MS Office skills and ability/drive to learn new software systems

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors

Ability to climb stairs, stoop, kneel, twist, bend, and lift 20 pounds

Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Must be able to pass extensive background check and drug test

This is a full time position based in Bastrop, Texas

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

Minumum of high school diploma/GED. Any college education is a plus or commensurate levels of technical training and/or related experience
