You will have the space to slow down, think clinically, and develop treatment plans based on what each patient actually needs.

What You Will Do

Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
Assess mobility, strength, movement patterns, pain, and functional limitations
Develop individualized and goal-driven plans of care
Provide skilled manual therapy and hands-on treatment
Design and progress therapeutic exercise programs
Help orthopedic and sports medicine patients return to meaningful activity
Educate patients on injury prevention, movement, and long-term health
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate with referring providers and other members of the care team
Create a positive, motivating, and patient-centered experience
Participate in community outreach opportunities when available

The Physical Therapist We Are Looking For

Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for Illinois licensure
Interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or performance-based rehabilitation
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Desire to provide individualized, high-quality care
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Interest in continuing education and professional growth
Positive, dependable, and team-focused approach
Experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply

New graduates should have outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine exposure through clinical rotations, internships, or related experience.
