Full Job Description

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Closer to manage the final stages of residential real estate transactions. This role is responsible for preparing closing documents, balancing files with lenders, coordinating funding, disbursing proceeds, and ensuring all post-closing tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

Review files for closing readiness
Prepare settlement statements and closing documents
Balance figures with lenders and coordinate funding
Prepare payoffs, invoices, commissions, and related documents
Upload and organize signed closing packages
Coordinate funding and disbursement of proceeds
Complete post-closing document distribution and file finalization

Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in title, escrow, real estate, mortgage lending, or closing preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and title software is a plus
