Oficinista Clerical - Temporero

Temporary - Special Project

Non-Exempt

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Provides administrative support to the department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Photocopies documents, as requested.
Sends documents by fax, as requested.
Files documents according to the specifications of the department and unit.
Delivers documents to the different departments and units, as required.
Gives support in special projects, according to the department's needs, by doing data entry, reviewing reports and documents, and reviewing formats in Word, and Excel, among others, according to the specifications of the department and unit.
Answers to the phone calls received in the department.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices
May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience: High School Diploma. At least six (6) months of experience performing administrative tasks.

Education and Experience: Technical Course. No previous experience required.
