Ideal for individuals that like history and puzzle-solving. Applicant should be detail and people oriented. Knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting helpful. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with phone calls and interfacing with customers. Knowledge of real estate and mortgage lending documents a plus.

We have a family atmosphere work environment that offers on the job training in searching, examination, clearing and transferring of real estate titles. We pay you to learn a trade that you cannot learn in college. Plus, the opportunity to master different aspects of the title industry if you want a job that allows you to continually grow in knowledge and experience leading to advancement and increased pay.

Full time positions offer the benefits of: Health and dental insurance, a 401K Plan with generous matching, term life insurance, paid time off (PTO) and some paid holidays. During the busy times of the year the opportunity to work overtime may be an option.

In Durango we are open 8 to 4 Monday thru Friday and closed on weekends so you can spend time with your family.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
