B2B Multi‑Media Business Development Executive

2 Office Locations: Beacon, NY (On‑Site) or White Plains, NY

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday; occasional evenings/weekends

Travel: 25%–50% to client locations (reliable transportation required)

Compensation: $45,000 base + uncapped commission

Pamal Broadcasting is a fast‑growing media company specializing in radio, digital media, and multi‑platform marketing solutions. We help businesses reach audiences through high‑impact, measurable campaigns across radio, digital, social, and traditional media.

We’re seeking a B2B Multi‑Media Business Development Executive with strong outbound sales skills — especially cold calling, door‑to‑door sales, and B2B prospecting throughout the Hudson Valley, NY.

If you’re a motivated hunter who loves generating new business and building client relationships, this role offers strong earning potential and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities
Conduct high‑volume cold calling, door‑to‑door outreach, and outbound prospecting
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Sell multi‑media solutions (digital, radio, social media, branded content)
Manage a diverse sales pipeline using CRM tools
Create customized proposals tailored to client goals
Work with content and production teams to execute campaigns
Thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving media environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1–3 years of sales experience (B2B, media, digital, or business development preferred)
Proven experience in cold calling, door‑to‑door sales, lead generation, and outbound prospecting - Preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple accounts
Reliable transportation for travel to clients and events
Available for special events on that may occur on evenings, weekends or occasional holidays
Customer Centric mindset and determination to overcome sales obstacles.
