That’s why we employ empathetic, mature men and women as our caregivers. They relate to the aging process, using their passion and unique personalities to help others.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in caregiving, either paid or volunteer preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute care plans.
Maturity and ability to handle the demands of the job.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Provide 3 verifiable references, 1 professional & 2 personal.
Pass a 2-step TB test (PPD) at hire and 1-step annually thereafter.
